Bidding will close Wednesday July 7th at 3:00 pm EST, on location, and the personal property will be sold on or after that date.  Bids may be presented at any time to the Auctioneer prior to that time.  Payment terms:  Cash or certified funds only. Winning bidder will have until 5:00pm July 10th to remove all equipment. All equipment requiring professional disconnection must be performed by a licensed technician, where applicable. 

The personal property will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.”  Neither the Auctioneer nor the secured creditor, Small Business Loan Source, LLC, makes any representations or warranties of any kind or nature, including without limitation any warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like in the disposition of the subject personal property.

This is an Article 9 private sale of collateral authorized by Fla. Stat. §679.610
