Moving to Dover in 1934 to operate a small grocery store and gas station, Don and Cleo Rutherford eventually passed the property along to Don Jr. and his wife Anne, where they lived until their passing away earlier this year… Now with the property for sale the family will be selling eight decades of furniture, collectibles, tools, tractors, equipment and more by way of public… ABSOLUTE AUCTION!

The late Don Jr. was a bit of a collector. After we sell the cataloged items, we will start removing pieces from the six different storage sheds on the property and sell them as we go.
